During your initial Strength(s) Training consultation, we’ll take a deep dive into you—your story, your strengths, and your goals. This 30-minute one-on-one session with Tiffany, owner and certified strengths coach, is all about creating a safe and empowering space for you to rediscover your potential.


Here’s what we’ll cover:

1. Your Story: We’ll begin by exploring your journey—what brought you to this moment and what you’re hoping to rediscover.


2. CliftonStrengths Insight: If you’ve taken the CliftonStrengths assessment, we’ll review your results and uncover how they align with your life experiences. Haven’t taken it yet? No problem! We’ll discuss how this or other tools can provide a deeper understanding of your natural talents.


3. Customized Coaching: Together, we’ll identify immediate ways to leverage your strengths for your personal and professional growth.


4. Next Steps: By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear path forward and resources to start embracing your unique strengths every day.
